adop phase=cutover is hanging for more than 70 Hours

adop phase=cutover is hanging for more than 70 Hours without any errors, on multi applications tier i.e. primary and secondary nodes , even I try the abandon=yes option and rerun the adop cutover phase, still it is hanging for more than 2 days now.
