any way we can do mass un firm planned orders

Hi Experts, I got into a situation like in ASCP plan, around 1000 Firm planned orders  and i need to unfirm 500 planned orders. I able to filter out those 500 planned orders in workbench but i could not find any option to mass unfirm all 500. Please advise if any quick way from front end. (VCP 12.1.3).
