BI cluster with Load Balancer get org.xml.sax.SAXException error

Hi,

Our customer is trying to configure the BI cluster environment with Load Balancer.

・jmapap03：172.18.1.93

・jmapap04：172.18.1.94

　LB: 172.18.1.65(VIP)

Customer set below:

BIP -> Administration -> Integration : Oracle BI Presentation Services -> *Server :172.18.1.65,

and restart the BI Service.

Result:

Unable to show the report(both BIEE dashboard and /xmlpserve) and get the following error:

org.xml.sax.SAXException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: Unable to create saw session. please verify the server connection oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: Unable to create saw session. please verify the server connection

Please advise how to configure the BI cluster environment with Load Balancer.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
