MDXQuery launches unexpectedly and cannot kill

We have observed several times on different cubes MDXQuerys have been triggered by users however users are not purposely running these.  For example we have seen a user open a form submit some figures and close, in the background a query is running.  If they repeat the same process the query does not run - it seems like there is no patern.

End Users are using a new installation of Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 connecting via Smartview 11.1.2.5.500

 

The problem is we cannot schedule overnight back up scripts as within our BSO cube we can see it failed in the logs due to being unable to terminate the query.  On 2 occassions it has caused the corruption of the BSO and the ASO.
