Prompt personalization in eAM for Operation Requirements

Does anyone have feedback on whether you can change the prompts described below, or if I would have to create new ones and then just hide these;  I am not able to find the Personalization Properties for these.

eAM Maintenance Super User responsibility - SSW home page

    Work Orders -> All

       Query Work Order, click on Update

Click open the Operation Requirements of the page --- Summary displays 'Required' and 'Assigned Units' columns.  Users want 'Required' heading/prompt to be changed to 'Hours' and 'Assigned Units' heading/prompt changed to 'People'.

Can those be renamed?  It appears in the original definition, those are 'read only'....
