ODA - OAKCLI create database

Trying to create database on second node and getting this error - 'oakcli create database : should be invoked from the first node' - Does this mean all my instances(Rac - one node) would only run on the first node? Is there any way I can create in the second node? I want some of the instances to run on the first node and some to run on the second node so that I can make use of the cpus and resources on both. But I could not create database on second node.

Any thoughts?
