Performing WO Completions After Overnight Scheduler For R31802A Was Run
In E1 version 9.1 - I am searching for some suggestions as to the best practice to "fix" a work order after it has been pushed to status 95 by a supervisor and run through the overnight scheduler to status 97. When a large variance is discovered we push the WO status back to 88 and in the past have let the supervisors fix the WO. However, whenever they add an extra completion or reverse a material issue we sometime get a $100 billion (99,999,999,999.9999) variance on the next pass through JEs (R31802A). I know there is a "doubling" bug (Doc ID 2105409.1) but that is not what is happening here. Is it best to just IA the completion shortage or overage? Is it only the negative issues after the R31802A are run were we would expect to see these almost infinite variances? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
