How to delete quantity from SO hard commit

Hi,

There seems to be false commitment on SO hard commit field. All 3 quantities i.e. Qty available, On hand and Commitment qty is 0 and there is no open sales order for item/lot/location combination but there seems to be quantity in SO hard commit. How can we remove it?
