Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Contracts R12 Notification before contract renewal

Hi team... is there in R12 a standard way to generate a notification to a user in Oracle before a contract expires/renews?

I know there are a lot of notes for 11i stating there is none and a custom workflow needs to be created.

Is this still true for R12?

What are the purposes of the following concurrent programs under Service Contracts Manager?
- Contracts : Generate future Notification

- Service Contracts Auto-reminder program
