Does WLS12 support Forms & Reports 11g?

I am running WLS 10.3.6 on Windows 2008 with Forms and Reports 11g.  


For IE10 compatibility, I believe that I need to upgrade WLS to 12( because v11 will not support Forms.   correct?) 


I plan to do a new install rather than an upgrade.


Question:  Do I need to upgrade Forms to 12 also?  Or will WLS12 support Forms 11g?  Is it best to upgrade Forms to 12 as well?  (At the expense of recompiling all existing forms and reports)
