Updating multiple records (lines) using forms personalization

How can i update multiple records using forms personalization, without using CUSTOM.PLL ? I need to update a flexfield with a value to many lines in "Delivery Transactions" screen from Order Management (ONT), but i can´t acess more than one record with an trigger event (WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE).
