Formatting Phone Numbers for MakeCall command.

We are currently using the macro {@Phone:PhoneTypeLookup} it is returning +4712345678 and sending this into the CTI system.

I would like to remove the + sign and add 00 instead.

I have tried some approaches with DialingFilter.Rule and some raw formatting in the Command Data Parameter, but all attempts have failed.

Any tip would be appreciated.
