Misc Charge/Landed Cost Def Question

Hi,

We are on Peoplesoft 9.1. Does anyone know where Misc Charges added from this screen (Freight/Sales Tax) get their accounting chartfields to populate from?

We unchecked prorate, so now our Misc charges have a separate accounting on POs, but not sure where the system is pulling it from.
