Out-of-Stock indicator - APC-RPO

Hello,

In APC-RPO, there is a measure called outstckind - Out of Stock Indicator, this measure has a base intersection (week x item x location), but "location" is a dimension for the optimization level, and can be a Price Zone.

My question is: The measure Out-of-Stock indicator (outstckind.csv.ovr) when the stock-out occur only in only one or two stores, is need mark to all price zone?
