Not able to ship confirm even though status is at 555/560

Hi ,

I need to ship confirm a sales order which is at status 555/560. I am doing it through P4205 application but it doesn't update the status and no error is also populated.

Please check the processing options:

Please let me know if there is some setting which is stopping the status to be updated from 555/560 to 560/999.
