we are not able update item master by multiple user same time.

Hi,

We are facing logging in item master.I want to know item master can be update multiple user in same time.user are updating different items only.One user can update,But other user is not able update items.Item master locking table place record level or table level.

Please confirm me.we have external system, on demand we are uploading item through item interface.

I want know how item master will work it.Please help me.
