Category and source name is updating in Chinese Character in GL interface

Hello Experts,

Need urgent help on this issue.

1. There are few records in GL interface having Chinese character in Source and category name, hence we are facing issue in GL posting.

Why Source name and category name updated in Chinese character in GL interface.

   is it any set up issue ? if yes where we can prevent to update Chinese character in instance?
