Unable to access Hyperion application

Hi All,

We are using Hyperion 11.1.2.3.501 and unable to log in to the application, when we are trying to log in the below error is displaying

We have restarted services multiple times but the issue is still same, we are giving valid credentials but all the users are facing the same issue. can you please advise on this
