Data Sources screen unusable

In Hyperion Foundation we have setup Data Sources to other systems, no problem.

Then we apply some patches, and we find the same screen, which can Add, Edit or Remove Data Sources, to:

- not display any Data Source we previously had

- not allowing for any to be adding (caused by fields and list-of-values to be gone)

Attached screenshot shows the problem situation.

We've found some patch that seems to cause that problem.

Now, all of this is on an old Hyperion installation (11.1.2.3), and upgraded to 11.1.2.4

Next to this instance, we also have a fresh 11.1.2.4 installation. On that one, we also applied the same patches, but that one is having no issue at all.
