Preserving Vocabulary Overrides to Restore after deploying a package containing ESU's

Hello,

As you know, any version on, or after 8.94, Vocabulary Overrides (VO's) are overwritten when an ESU updates an object containing VO's  (E1: DD: Vocabulary Overrides (Doc ID 626466.1).

Oracle documentation refers to the FDA tool to merge VO's from one pathcode to another for a particular application (E1: FDA: Using the FDA Compare Tool (Doc ID 626593.1)).

However, our organization has found that this tool to be problematic for complicated applications like P4310.  Specifically. business rule validation fails after VO's are re-applied.  Oracle support acknowledged this bug and fixed it tools 9.1.5.

My questions are:  1)  Has anyone use FDA to restore VO's for complex applications under tools 9.1.5 or later?  If so, what were your experiences.
