How to set up an accrual DBA with limit that includes beginning balance

Hi there,

I need to create an accrual that takes into account the beginning balance and current year's accrual in a maximum allowable accrual limit.   The example:

An accrual DBA has a total limit of 70 hours annually

An employee has 10 hours carried over from prior year and can only accrue an additional 60 hours in the current year.

The following year is the same calculation, beginning balance plus current year accrual can not exceed 70 hours.

Does the annual limit in the Advanced DBA setup also look at beginning balance?  If not how can I achieve this?
