after applying delta7 AD/TXK...fs_clone is failing to create the new patch top

I just finished applying all of the new AD/TXK delta7 patches. I did the finalize, cutover and cleanup. Last step is to run fs_clone to create the new patch top.  I've been working on this all day and just when I get past one error, another rises.  The latest is a real puzzle.  The clone process seems to be going well until it gets to the WLS portion of the clone.  Here is what I'm seeing in the logs:, I know its cryptic...at least it is to me.  Does anyone have any ideas why this part of fs_clone would fail?
