Post mass additions fails via Excel ADI

Hello BNE experts,

My end users are having the issue explained in note Post Mass Additions fails with Cache: Error retrieving row from FA_METHODS table ORA-01403 for asset uploaded via WEB ADI (Doc ID 1942119.1), in Excel 2013 and R12.1.3

Unfortunately the note does not have the crucial files and the versions that need to be checked for, it just says to apply :

Apply the following BNE patches for 12.1.3:

Patch 18689981: OFFICE 2013 SUPPORT COMPATIBILITY PATCH FOR 12.1.3  - FRM patch

Patch 16655943: Oracle Web Application Desktop Integrator Consolidation Patch, 12.1.3.1 - BNE patch


Could you please provide the file manifest for the 2 patches? the read me of the patches DOES NOT show the main files updated.
