Errors in gateway Namesrvr logs after starting siebel service. This is on AWS

These are the errors I am getting when starting the siebel service on our AWS instance. I notice the  ORA-12537 error which is causing the SBL-SEC-10018 . This is in a DB authenticated environment . Siebel 8.1.1.11 Windows Server connecting an Oracle db.

If any one can shed light on these errors it will be much appreciated.
