E1 Pages P982400 Reserve Function

Hello,

There are multiple users updating E1 Pages. When User A ROW Exits to Reserve the Object for Editing, only User A should be able to update the next status from Editing to Approve. However, we're finding that any user with proper access is allowed to update from next status Editing to Approve. This can cause issues if User A has not completed their changes. Shouldn't 'Reserve' lock the object not allowing others to update until the reserve has been released by that user who reserved?
