HELP! Consolidating LPNs

We are trying to implement LPNs into our Warehouse process.  Right now we are testing and this is what we are running into.

We are generating new LPNs for each pallet that comes into the warehouse.

Then we Pack those LPNs.

Then we want to Consolidate those LPNs into a Parent LPN.

User prints his Pick Slip and when trying to do the Pick Confirm, you enter the Parent LPN and system does not recognize and won't let you confirm it.

You can confirm the Child LPNs with no issue.  It's the nesting part that is not working.

We are currently running R12.1.2
