IE11 Third level viewtab dropdown - extra spaces

Hi,

Application version: 8.1.1.10 with IP15

We are experiencing an Third level Viewtab dropdown issue when logging on a Microsoft Surface  device with IE11.

Issue: when trying to click on the viewtab drill-down with finger touch (touch screen) the dropdown shows extra spaces but works fine when using mouse/touch pad or even the with the touch pen. Included the screenshot for reference.

It seems to make sense in a way, but it doesn't behave the same on other browsers.

Did anyone experience this issue? Just want to know if this is a browser related feature or siebel issue.
