Limit warehouse that appear in SIM LOV when create a return

We have 1 instance that has multiple geo regions.  When the store creates a return, the warehouse LOV displays all the warehouses for all geo regions.  We need to limit the LOV to show warehouses for the geo region that the store is in.

Any ideas on how that can be executed?
