View Delivery Detail function not available

Hi:

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We create this custom responsibility which has sales orders form. When launch sales order form and go to action and additional order information, there is a button called View Delivery Detail. When the user click on it, it will say this responsibility does not have the function available. I am trying to add this function to this responsibility, but could not find the function name. Can some one shed some light on where I can find the function name? If I use the seeded order management super user responsibility, I am able to see that. So, this custom one must
