Utilization lines missing for lumpsum offers having more than 100 lines...is this expected behaviour

I created an lumpsum offer having more than 120 product item lines.

Then approved the offer. The offer is ACTIVE.

When i check the ozf_funds_utilized_all_b table, it shows only 100 OFFR lines instead of 120.

The 100th utilization lines a summation of 100th to 120th lines.

Is it expected behavior?
