Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Visual Assist access issue, unable to open a form within same application in e1 9.1

Dear All,

I have created a custom application P55xxxx with several Enquiry, Entry and Search & Select Forms.

Search & Select forms are used for "Search & Select" for PO Number from table F4311, SO Number from table F4211, etc.

Requirement:

I have override the DD Item to use the Visual Assist functionality. And on the click of Visual Assist on field on form, it opens a search & select form for respective field.

For Ex:

Application: P55xxxx with Form 'A' consist of a field PO Number with Visual Assist option.

By clicking on this Visual Assist, it will open a form "B" i.e. "Search & Select Form for PO#".
