Meter reading value AFTER creating WO

Hello

The system  allowing to enter meter reading value manually during a completion of work order  (wip entity id associated with meter in EAM_METER_READINGS_V)

The customer needs to get meter reading after creating work order   automatically from past reading (from csi_counter_readings table) 

Can anyone suggest something ?
