reports 11G shows junk labels

Hi Gurus,

I have two questions to be solved.

The first part

we have two servers

1) windows 2008 R2

2) Linux red hat version 6.5

On both the machines weblogic,forms and reports are installed and configured.

On windows machine, when a report is generated on PDF, the report displays the correct language (American English).

recently we have copied all the forms and reports to a new linux envirnment,

Issue:

Now the issue is, when the report is generated to pdf, the report shows a junk labels, which are not english.(Attached is the report).

I have checked the reports.sh file and below is the configuration.
