Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to create custom DD Items for Dropdown list, Checkbox & Radio Button?

Dear All,

I am creating a custom application with the controls on Form,

- Dropdown list - predefined list of options,(Ex: Salutation - Mr./Mrs/Ms etc.)

- Checkbox - for selecting one or more than one options, (Ex: Hobbies - Chess/Cricket/Football etc.)

- Radiobutton - for select either or mutually connected options (Ex: Gender - Male/Female)

I have referred the articles for each control, and found that each of control needs to attach with DD Items.

Without attaching a control to DD Item, and simply doing a drag-drop from tool box to form/grid - it will not working correctly shows "
