Hi Team,

Contract QA check doesn't fail when customer is on credit hold.

I have applied patch 12623034:R12.OKS.B from metalink note Service Contract QA Check Does Not Fail When Customer Bill To Site On Credit Hold (Doc ID 1338918.1) and it didn't resolve the issue.

Please suggest.
