Failover_mode = HARD

Hello,

The default setting for a logical host resource is to have the Failover_mode set to hard.

For HA storage resource, the default is SOFT.

Given that Failover_mode = HARD can cause a node reboot, thereby affecting other Resource Groups on the node, is there a reason why the default for a logical host resource is to be HARD?
