API Project Customer -Contact ?

Hello experts !

Question to see if there is any standard oracle API to update the customer Contact information in Projects ? I didn't find any as such so wanted to confirm.

Purpose : We are deleting few contacts at AR customer site level and would like to Update it with New /Other contact for all active Projects scenario.
