Primavera P6 15.2 Database Configuration

Hello guys! I have a (simple) question. Whenever I create a new connection in Primavera, where does it save the configuration data? Is it in a .xml file?

Also, I have a question related to Oracle Servers/Databases. Does Primavera use only TNSNAMES.ORA or can it use LDAP as well? If TNSNAMES.ORA, does it make use of the TNS_ADMIN environment variable to define where it (the TNSNAMES.ora) is stored? I am asking this because I am configuring it to a different location (the TNS_ADMIN env variable) and Primavera is still using the TNSNAMES.ORA stored in the default location (C:\oracle\...) which gives me an error.
