Storage Details Error on Windows host

I have Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c install and all setup.  I am wanting to get the "Storage Details" on any of our hosts that has Windows 2008 R2 or Windows 2012 R2.  However, I get the bellow error message.  The agent that I have deployed on all of our windows host is for MS Windows x64 (64-bit). 

Error:

Storage Details are not available for this host.  It could be due to an older version of the agent installed or because this feature is not support on the host operation system.

Has anyone encountered this and is there a fix for it.  I saw a doc that has the support matrix but it does not list EM12c 12.1.0.5  - MS Windos x64 (64-bit)...  I am thinking that there is a work around for this.  Your help is appreciated.
