subfunction conflict with org item and master item

I have a custom menu that has both org item and master item function under it. The requirement is that org item will have access to WIP, INV, BOM and Main group and master item function is to only have physical attribute group enabled. However, looks like these two functions share the same subfunction and if I exclude one, the other will not be able to see. If I enable one, the other will also see.

Howe can I make org item has WIP subfunction and the master item only have physical attribute subfunction? Please advise. Thanks.
