Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. HTTP internal server error during copy and paste data between Excel and web client session

When user trying to import more then 2000 record in journal entry application it shows the error message.

500 HTTP internal server error. I have checked and verified the jas instance result set timeout = 120000 as well as grid limit = 10000.

Please suggest what needs to be done to resolve this issue.
