RETIREMENT ISSUE ASSET MANAGEMENT 9.2- BUG 19023871

Hi I am getting this error in 9.2 environment , when I checked in My oracle support I found an bug ID related to this error but I don't see any proper information about the exact fix.can someone please advise on this.

"The Accounting Date, 2014-04-01, is not open. The open period for US001 is

from 2014-05-01 to 2015-12-31. (9000,302)"
