Multiple Credit Memo Disputes created from the one dispute/submission

Hi,

When a user creates a credit memo dispute in iReceivables, they sometimes click the submit button more than once and it creates more than one dispute. So if they click twice, it will create two disputes. I have managed to reproduce this issue in our TEST system.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen a similar issue and has any idea on how to resolve it.
