Asset addition showing in the fixed asset Reserve summary report

We have an asset which was added with the inventory transaction cost which is 0.The asset got added with 0 cost and then we adjusted the cost to 10309.48.When we run the Reserve summary report this is the only asset which comes up as (10309.48) in the report.Generally we do not see any asset in the addition column of the report.This is the only asset which is showing there in that report.Business is asking for an explanation and we are unable to justify that.Usually we don’t have any additions hitting reserve account, but this asset hit this account in MAR-16.
