In Oracle HRMS, how and where are Organization Hierarchy Tiers Maintained?

In Oracle HRMS, how and where are Organization Hierarchy Tiers Maintained?
We know how to define the Org_Type, but are looking for what makes the parent-child relationship.

For Example be need to see:

  • Parent
    • Department
      • Division
        • Group
