Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. while running rapidwiz for installing 12.2.0 i'm getting this error.

RW-00003: The specified file can not be written.Locate a valid file /devdata/UAT/db/tech_st/11.2.0/appsutil/conf_UAT.txt.

the specified file is missing in that location.
