Work Order Planner

Hi,

We are just upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4, during reviewing new features, I observed a 'planner' (LOV on work order creation page - header region). Would someone please guide me the purpose of this planner ? Is it just logging/reporting purpose or have some functionality ?
