Using plan rates in P083202 caused duplicate records
Set up dates for Our Open Enrollment Period of 03/21/2016 through 04/01/2016 for our Fiscal Year beginning 05/01/2016 (05/06/2016 check date). Enrollment Effective date in P08500 for DBA’s set to 04/16/16 (beginning of pay period for first check of fiscal year). Our Open Enrollment period is normally one month prior to the beginning of our fiscal year so that we can update any changes to our carriers so the employees will have their correct insurance cards at the beginning of their plan year.
*NOTE: Any New Hire Enrollment or anyone that made a life event change using Current Enrollment programs also updated with the new DBA rates instead of what should have been taken from the rate/amount field in the PDBA setup.
