what purpose after showing the pick grouping rule in process execution parameters one window is open?

Production supervisor-->Setup-->parameters-->process execution parameters--> inventory Transactions give the pick grouping rule--give TAB next window below mention parameter is showing

can you explain what purpose it is use?

Requisition creation time,Batch change control for purchasing documents,

Propagate batch change to purchasing

Need by date tolerance

Days early, days late.
