Opening Payment Batch Details section results in Internal Server Error

When we try to click details section of a payrun, the OAF page keeps running for 10 mins and we finally get Internal Server Error. If a payrun has only 1 salesrep, it opens up whereas when th payrun has more than 1 salesrep, details section never opens and ends in Internal server error. Did any one encounter similar error, please let me know.
